Below is the so called criteria to follow, from IGS, for the consumer to be successful with the Lay Advantage 2.2. When comparing the two
comparisons, we found
it to be consumer fraud, as it was one criteria in the demonstration before purchase and then another criteria once the software was purchased.
1a. Success criteria as explained during training (pre purchase)
1b. Success criteria as explained subsequently (post Purchase)
2a. Success criteria as explained during training (pre purchase)
2b. Success criteria as explained subsequently (post Purchase)
3a. Success criteria as explained during training (pre purchase)
3b. Success criteria as explained subsequently (post Purchase)
The problem that consumers have with the Lay Advantage 2.2 database is that they are having negative results
after following training and criteria. The criteria itself is
contradictory in the fact that in the demonstration it is stated that to be successful you only had to have 8 starters in the field and a min of $8,000.00
under the starters field, and to follow the "10%" rule.
And then in the IGS training they guide clients to follow the criteria in the "TattsBetts" website, such as the Rating, L3S, and the Form fields,
and then say that eventually we won't even look at these columns and can be more relaxed on the criteria and the database itself will work just by
following
the 10% rule, along with a minimum of 8 starters and min of $8,000.00 in the total of the starters field. Hence, what is the use of the training in the
first place then, as this then proves the training to be contradictory.
This then appears to be consumer fraud as they actually don't
seem to have any specific training or criteria to follow to be
successful. The database was marketed to the public to generate profit and consumers were told from that the database will make
about 40k profit per year
and more. Since consumers have been using the database, they find that the data is inconsistent and fails, resulting in loss of monies. Each time you lose
money on this programme, they seem to have a reason or an excuse as to why you lost the money, and it is always your fault, not the programme. Consumers
are losing money, some losing thousands, on top of the cost of the programme for $11,900.
Fraud such as this, is cause to seek action when these companies do not refund the money to the consumer, when the product clearly does not work. These companies
play havoc on consumer fraud and seem to get away with it. So what is cosumer fraud exactly? It is when a business or company use
deceit and trickery, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage. The trickery and deceit that IGS play on the consumer is unjust,
and If we can't stamp out consumer fraud, then at least we can try to make ourselves more aware of the fraud that's out there.
Victims of fraud happen every day, hopefully we have made you more alert to scams that are out there, so you may more fully prepare yourself for the next time a
scammer comes your way. IGS attract consumers to the "Lay Advantage 2.2" program in various ways, one draw card is they market this product to consumers
where you could "Work from home" while generating a profit, preying on people's ideals of working at home while taking care of children and family,
or the average person just trying to get a head. This couldn't be more from the truth, it is a "Work at Home Scam'.
